We will make arrangements for shipping.We can provide a list of cheap shipping companies or shipping quotes. Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping charges. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. All items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee unless agreed upon prior to purchase by both parties to waive. This is to protect us both from the few unscrupulous people who try to take advantage of on-line merchants
